Catchin' Up with The Southern Skyes: January 2007

Well, it's been awhile since I've posted anything and I'm getting a bit of a complex about my blog! My sis-in-law Jenn started blogging and man, is it good! I really dig reading it and can't wait until she posts something new. And she's soooo good at it. Her quirky sense of humor is something else, for sure!! But - shhhhhhh!! Don't tell her - I don't want her head to swell! :)

So.... I look at my blog and I think, well, I'd like to do a Top 10 list of some kind, but I don't think it would be worthy because, really, I'm kinda boring :)

What could it possibly be about? Top 10 Things I Love About My Husband? Top 10 Things I Love About My Son? Top 10 Things I Love About My Life? Booorrrrrriiiinnnggggg!! *snore*

But, that's probably what it's gonna be anyway........Then again, my blog is technically mostly about pictures for the out-of-towners, so I should just lighten up, right?

Top 12 Things I Dig About My Husband (there's so much more, but let's start with these!)

12 - He's genuine - what you see is what you get

11- He likes to slow dance with me to no music in the middle of the kitchen

10 - He actually likes his job

9 - He helps out my mom and hardly ever complains about it :)

8 - He smells delicious

7 - His sense of humor is as silly as mine

6 - He'll eat anything I cook and will always try a new recipe

5 - He'd do anything to help out a friend

4 - He's honest to a fault

3 - He has the most integrity of anyone I've ever met (anyone who knows him well will know this)

2 - He loves me unconditionally, even when my clothes occasionally "shrink"!

1 - He's an amazing father and my heart aches with pride

I know, it's sucky, but whaddya want for nuthin'? I promise that if there's ever another Top 10 List of any kind, it won't be this boring :) I'm just really tired.....Goodnight!
